In this free video I share with you a structure for an ancestral prayer to use to begin to work with your own luminous, Ancestral Helping spirits.

Working with our ancestors can be a challenge for contemporary people who have, on one hand, the dissonance of the unresolved dead and on the other, the blessing of good, true, and beautiful Ancestral Helping Spirits who are here to help us to do what we have come into this life to do.

Insert the names of your family lines and family members into the structure, adjust the focus or leave out what doesn’t work for you, and add the literal help that you need for what you are truly doing in this day.
